Random and Crafty stuff

I haven't been on the computer much lately. Actually, I don't know what I've been doing, but my week has flown by!

I've wanted to show you this building since I last posted. It's a building we saw in Minneapolis. Here is a link to the Newspaper Article. We were going to get gas and saw it and had to come back the next day to take a picture of it. It reminds me of a Disneyland Ride how it's all frozen.

Here is my latest craftiness. It's made with a Mix & Mingle by Sandy Gervais for Moda charm pack. At first, I didn't know what to do with it, so I just started sewing the squares together and cutting. Then, I really didn't know what to do with it. I knew I wanted something angled to go in the stairway. This is what I ended up with. I think I like it. :) It's not my normal colors, but I do like the purples in there. Today I'm working on a banner for my church. The walls are so plain right now and it needs to be decorated! :) I hope everyone is having a peachy day! :)

Very different - very "arty" looking! I love it!

Did you see the picture on my blog taken at Cannon Beach? Our house had a great view of Haystack Rock. I thought of you while we were there!

I love the quilt, love the fabs, love the colors, love the shape and design! Love it, love it, love it! I echo Patti... very arty! Or should I say... very Cannon Beachy! Oh Cindy... I just love it!

That building in MinnyApple is amazing! Love seeing stuff like that and am gonna read the article you linked.

PS... Maggie is gone. Decided it was time for me to become a grown-up and traded in the Magnum for new Toyota Highlander (I'm sad... I'm happy... I'm sad... I'm happy). Lum's didn't have the one I wanted, so they did a dealer trade with Vanc. Toyota. Lum's put on their own license plate frames... but I still have the other dealer's frames that say "Vancouver USA". Would you like them and show some 360 shout-out on your car?
