Something Fun

I know we all like to show our finished projects, but I thought it would be fun to show a project that's ALMOST finished. :) This is a wallhanging that I'm working on. It's almost done. I just finished ironing it and thought I'd be silly and take a picture of the inside of a quilt. I'm hoping to get the back and binding on later today, and post the FINISHED little quilt tomorrow. I'll give more details then, but for now, enjoy the INSIDE of quilt. :)

What an interesting perspective! The colors are beautiful. Maybe we should all post the insides of our quilts! '-)

The inside of your quilt is as beautiful as the outside I'm sure - well pressed seams and all threads clipped. I shudder when I look at the inside of some of the tops I get to quilt - seams not pressed well and lots of unclipped threads. My mother always taught me that my work should look as good on the inside as it did on the outside. Back when I made all my clothing my mother swore I could get by with wearing it inside out LOL!

Can't wait to see the front of this - looks like a beautiful grouping of red, white, and blue stars.

I LOVE looking at the backs of quilts. I'm sure it's like a surgeon who wants to see one's insides. Or a mechanic who wants to look under the hood. Your back is as beautiful as the front!
